About Whisper

Whisper is a beautiful girl who has spent much of her life living as part of a cat colony. After having two litters that we know of, she is now ready for a new chapter and the chance to find a safe, stable place to call home.

Whisper is a timid girl who needs someone willing to give her time, patience and understanding. She has already made progress with her carer and will allow pats on some occasions, although she remains easily startled and isn’t always ready for hands-on affection.

Her journey is still unfolding, and with the right environment, there may be so much more to discover about her personality.

What kind of home would suit Whisper?

Whisper may be suited to a quiet indoor home with an experienced, patient person who understands that trust cannot be rushed. She would need a gradual transition, a safe space of her own and the freedom to approach people in her own time.

Alternatively, Whisper may be happy in a suitable barn or rural property where her needs for safety, shelter, food, water and veterinary care are consistently met.

Her future placement will depend on her progress and the home available to her. The goal is to find somewhere she can feel secure and live comfortably, without expectations that she become an instantly affectionate house cat.

Whisper isn’t looking for someone to change who she is. She’s looking for someone who will accept her, respect her boundaries and give her the opportunity to feel safe.
